Now ask your new prospect...

"What do you see as the most difficult thing about dealing in your industry?"

Ask this from a customers stand point and from the industry. 

Pain or difficulties in any industry equals OPPORTUNITY and therefore lots of potential business.

If you can solve a "difficulty" for your new contact thenyou have opened the door for business.
