So to keep on doing the same thing, or maybe more of the same thing, these days is simply not going to work.
Now is the time to make some changes because you certainly won’t when things get better and you are flat out making money...
I recently returned a phone message 4 days after it was left – a little longer than I normally would – and the response when I apologized for taking so long stopped me in my tracks.
He said, “No problem Geoff, I knew you would because you guarantee it”!
My reason for taking so long is that I was catching up on numerous messages after my return from a speaking trip to South Africa. Yet he didn’t know that. He was just quietly assured that I would… because I always did.
